Who we are
Palmers Insurance Group LLC is an independent, licensed insurance agency. We are licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida, and Mississippi. We are not a government agency, and we are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
Information on this site is educational
The material on this site explains how Medicare generally works. It is not legal, tax, or medical advice, and it is not a complete description of benefits. Plan availability, costs, and benefits vary by county and by carrier, and they change from year to year. Only the plan documents issued by an insurance carrier state what a plan actually covers. For a complete list of every option available to you, contact Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE, or contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
Text messaging program terms

Upon opting in you may receive service messages — replies about your Medicare inquiry, requests for documents we need, and appointment confirmations and reminders — and, if you opted in to marketing separately, Annual Enrollment Period reminders, yearly plan review notices, and occasional promotional offers. The two are separate programs and you opt in to each one on its own.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider, or reach out directly to (502) 821-2089 TTY 711 or tiresepalmer22@gmail.com.

How to join. Check the relevant box on a form on this website, or tell a licensed agent that you would like to receive text messages. Both boxes are unchecked by default and neither is required.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to work with us, get a quote, or enroll in a plan.
Calls and recording
When you contact us about a Medicare Advantage or Part D plan, federal rules require that the call be recorded in its entirety and retained. By speaking with us about those plans you consent to that recording.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, access it by automated means, or submit false information through our forms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Palmers Insurance Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
